If you’re not satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days to return your item in its original saleable condition with the original packaging.
- Email us at email@example.com with your name, order number and the item (s) you wish to return, the reason for return and if you want a refund or exchange and we’ll confirm your details along with a returns address.
- Post your goods back to us within 14 days as well as your full name and order number.
- Your item (s) must be sent back unworn, in saleable condition with their original tags and packaging for you to qualify for a refund.
- All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded service.
Please note that exchanges are only provided if an item is faulty or damaged upon receipt or if you require a different size. If we don’t have a suitable item to exchange we will notify you and issue a refund.
Exchanges are not applicable on sale items.
We will notify you as soon as we receive your return and let you know whether you are eligible for a refund based on the condition of your item (s).
Once approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please note we will only refund the cost of the item, not the original delivery cost.
